Vlaemynck is the sole holder of the intellectual property rights to these elements, as the originator, under license or by express authorisation.

The use, in whole or in part, of these elements, particularly through downloading, reproduction, representation, distribution, etc., for any purpose other than personal and private use for non-commercial purposes by the website user is strictly prohibited. Infringement of Vlaemynck’s rights exposes the infringing party to penalties, specifically those provided for by the French Intellectual Property Code, particularly with respect to copyright infringement (Article L. 335-1 et seq.), design infringement (Article L. 521-1 et seq.), patent infringement (Article L. 615-1 et seq.) and trademark infringement (Article L. 716-1 et seq.) as well as by the French Civil Code with respect to civil liability (Article 1382 et seq.).

In the context of the use of the website, Vlaemynck may need to collect personal data relating to website users, required when signing up for the newsletter on the website, for creating a customer account or for any interactions with Fermob, including, but not limited to: title, surname, first name, email address and password, telephone number, etc.

No personal data is collected without the website user’s consent. The optional or mandatory nature of the information to be provided to Vlaemynck is indicated in advance. Website users are under no obligation whatsoever to provide Vlaemynck with their personal data.
